Today we honour Constable Charles Richards on the anniversary of his passing. It is unknown when he became a constable. Research into Cst. Richards’ history shows that he was designated as village constable for Port Robinson by the local Magistrate.

Today, members of our K-9 Unit participated in the Ned’s Wish 5K Run in memory of PSD Rudy, a beloved member of the NRPS Canine Unit who unexpectedly passed away on July 28, 2026
