THE BIGGEST BBQ FESTIVAL IN MANCHESTER IS HAPPENING ON A ROOFTOP IN THE CITY CENTRE Every food vendor at Live From The Grill will be serving a £5 dish and a £15 dish as the festival takes over Depot Mayfield’s rooftop this August bank holiday weekend. Here’s how it’s all going to look. Across four sessions, expect some of the best chefs, pitmasters and fire-led kitchens around, alongside DJs, live music and limited merch drops from some of Manchester’s best independent brands. Each session has its own music lineup, with headline artists including MJ Cole, Children of Zeus and Ruf Dug. Early bird tickets sold out in under 24 hours. Cafe Continental will be bringing flame-grilled chicken thighs and giant wild Atlantic tiger prawns, Kallos are bringing charcoal-grilled lamb souvlaki and Greek café culture from Salford, and Knight's BBQ are bringing Caribbean heritage recipes from Hulme - plus we've got Big Tray BBQ, Blacklock, Maray, Sister Moon, Winsome and more.
