Extraordinary Movie
My Rating 3.5/5
Eminent director Ameer says #Yamakaathaghi is a small yet satisfactory film that is based on incidents that happen around us. All the newcomers have done well. It’s the duty of media and audiences to make this a big hit.

Got a chance to watch #Yamakaathaghi special premiere !!
[#ABRatings - 3.25]
- A well presented usual socio drama story in a unique way packaged with supernatural elements👌
- Leading character Roopa has done her performance very well🌟
- Screenplay was engaging at most part of the film with surprises💥
- Making could have done better but considering the scale of the film it's exceptional 👍
Overall a Decent Emotional supernatural film with less than 2hrs runtime, so definitely can give a try🤝

#Yamakaathaghi - 3.5 out of 5, a unique horror thriller that stays different from the run of the mill supernatural films that we see in Tamil cinema. Liked how debutant @Peppin_J has packaged the film with a progressive message that moves you emotionally in the climax and the screenplay is arresting from the word go. The film also becomes an investigative thriller with mystery unfolding one by one.
It’s a very tough role for the lead actress @RoopaKoduvayur , especially playing a dead body with single expression that haunts and questions you!
@kailasam_geetha once again moves you, what a performer she is. When Geetha Kailasam cries, she shakes your heart with her performance.
@sreejithsarang @sujithsarang brothers deserve big applause for providing the quality in a compact budget with their respective departments.
@syncinema sound design 👏👏👏 excellent and @GeorgeJecin is a promising music composer for sure.
If you are bored of the template horror films and want to watch a fresh film, go for this. By doing so, you will make a change in Tamil cinema horror thrillers 👍

#Yamakaathaghi - 3.5 stars. Surprise film of the week👌A hard-hitting and moving emotional drama based on a harrowing theme. The presentation really sets this film apart. A multilayered film that oscillates between a paranormal thriller and an investigative drama. Packs a solid punch with the emotional climax.
