I’m running the Sheffield 10k this Sunday to raise money for the incredible @SheffChildrens
It follows recent Great North Run, 2 years to the day since our daughter Rogue left the Hospital after life-saving care.

In Tokyo to run the marathon this Sunday. It’s the first leg of 20th anniversary fundraising for @mndassoc.
In 2005, my Mum died from MND. Today would have been her 76th birthday.
In her memory and in hope for my two girls, link below with thanks ⬇️

I’ve run two marathons this last fortnight to raise money for @mndassoc - including the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon on Sunday.
#MND led to the death of our Mum at 55 and our Grandad before her.
Any donation, however small, would make such a difference ⬇️

To have @hmtreasury see the work we do here @SHU_AWRC & across South Yorkshire is invaluable, we get to bring home the seismic shift we are making in the region & have that heard in Westminster. A genuine pleasure to host the group and thanks to @SouthYorksMCA for setting this up. #AWRC #TransformingLives
It was a pleasure to welcome @hmtreasury & @SouthYorksMCA to @SHU_AWRC today to demonstrate how our work in physical activity, health, and wellbeing benefits the South Yorkshire region by advancing innovation, skills and research, driving productivity and tackling inequalities
