There will be many who will try to goad & rile up Police Officers in the coming days & weeks.
Please continue to rise above it and perform the stellar work I know you do everyday.
The stories that are never told and the injuries suffered protecting the vulnerable. Thank you. 🚨

Waiting At The Door...
I was just a pup when we first met,
I loved you from the start,
you picked me up and took me home
and placed me in your heart.
Good times we had together,
we shared all life could throw,
but years passed all too quickly.
my time has come to go.
I know how much you miss me,
I know your heart is sore,
I see the tears that fall when
I'm not Waiting at the Door.
You always did your best for me
your love was plain to see,
for even though it broke your heart
you set my spirit free.
So please be brave without me,
one day we'll meet once more,
for when you're called to Heaven
I'll be Waiting at the Door.

It’s all about the cuddles. Human and dog bonding allows lower Blood pressure, a sense of Wellbeing and the chance to relax, talk and just take some time out. Blue Paw can help to learn more Bluepaw.co.uk @FlintHouseRehab @BeWellity @BTP @TomGaymor @PCBenOnTheMend

WPD Theodore wants to wish everyone a very Merry, Happy Christmas.
To all our blue, red and green colleagues, may it be peaceful, safe and short enough to get you back to your families and loved ones in time for hugs and jollity.

29 yrs ago today i became WPC 2504.
Saw lots of stuff I wish I hadn't, smelt things I'd like to forget, climbed too many fences, got punched, got swore at most days, heard some last breaths.
I changed stuff too, made life safer, saved a few, & held lots of very grateful hands.💙

Thinking of the family, those who attended scene, and everyone involved.
I know the lengths your team will now go to....

My heart goes out to the woman&her children, the family of those murdered, but also the officers¶medics who attended the scene&the doctors&nurses who tried to save them. The trauma that professionals go through as they have to manage the horrors they see is unthinkable.
