Sometimes I will schlep gear to or from NPR West so my fellow east siders can grab or return it at my house instead of driving to Culver City. Usually there’s also a produce swap. Sometimes people bring me citrus, sometimes I make them take lettuce. You never know.

I’ve become @rebeccalramirez’s Emotional Support Colleague. She’ll bring her laptop in and work from the comfy chair or (pictured) lay on the floor for a few. We don’t necessarily talk, it’s just the proximity. Take care of each other however you need, I guess is what I’m saying.
