⠀⠀this was certainly an attempt at intimidation, he had to admit that as he leered at this trainer. it has been a long time since he had ever seen anyone with some spine.
before it could have moved towards the pokémon, he had advanced in the direction to where the former had hid, effectively rejecting the two from pursuing.
as he pointed at what was supposedly his partner pokémon and then gestured towards the trainer. a silent directive.
⠀such stubborn behavior from this one—makes him grit his teeth as he turns to look at the trainer, not even bothering to spare another look at the mangled mess behind him called a 'pokémon'.
seeing as they move towards the quivering zigzagoon, his eyes narrow beneath shadows.
⠀⠀whatever sound that had followed after from its impact would alert the zigzagoon once more, and so had it ran into some bushes close to a derelict fence.
leaving just them,
and the charizard, of course.
