This 'final' analysis finds that legislation passed during the 117th Congress (IRA + IIJA) could roughly double the pace of U.S. decarbonization to ~4% per year & cut total GHGs to 37-41% of US peak levels. That's short of national target of 50-52%, but lowest levels since 1967.
