I have BPD and when I’m splitting really badly and on the verge of suicide begging for help while I’m being purposely ignored I stop, breathe and say “You’re right. I’m the problem.” Then I walk away and go to therapy immediately because I’m a good fucking person.

having BPD is not for the weak. i hate having BPD. everyone demonizes this disorder. and if I dare show that my disorder isn’t quirky and that i am in fact severely mentally ill and need lots of support, i get abandoned.
