We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of our first school mini bus in over 10 years! 🚐✨ Our students will soon be out and about, experiencing a range of cultural capital opportunities and creating unforgettable memories in the local community!
Thanks @bphillipsonMP for meeting with us on Friday. Significant challenges in the system but we very much appreciate the focus and commitment to our specialist sector. @NNSP21 look forward to continue the conversation and working in partnership to find solutions #Specialist
Talking SEND reform with school leaders from the specialist sector.
We've inherited a 'lose, lose, lose' system in the Tories' own words but I'm determined to grip the issue.
We've taken crucial first steps but there's still a long way to go to restore parents’ trust.

Such a treat to visit @SunningdaleNE last Friday. A joyous school full of aspiration and opportunity. Huge thanks to @be_more_awesome and team for the tour and being so generous with your time #Specialist #BeMore
It was fantastic to visit @SunningdaleNE and receive a certificate from the school council - now on the 'Wall of Awesomeness'!
The children are loving their time at this brilliant school. Special thanks to the staff, focused on giving every child the best start in life.

Very concerned to see huge sums of money being taken out of the system when our members & colleagues are facing such challenging times to maintain aspirational provision for the most vulnerable learners in society against a backdrop of cuts & significant deficits #EnoughIsEnough

Top work Daniel 👇
Last weekend, I made my second debut for Evergreen. I'm looking forward to helping a very young team to stay in the South East Division 1 and, hopefully, back on the road towards returning to the National League.

Education leaders tell Tes that the £40m extra government funding announced to support the teacher pay increase will ‘not be enough’

Wishing all our @NNSP21 members, friends and followers a fantastic summer break and in particular thinking of some very special colleagues retiring / moving onto new roles and opportunities today #SummerHolidays
We continue to monitor the impact of recent pay announcements and in particular the impact on specialist settings that were omitted from any affordability calculations. Our members are sharing their projections and we will work across the summer to gain a clearer picture
Very concerning to see news filtering through today re only 3% of the proposed 6.5% pay increase for teachers being funded. This will have a catastrophic impact on many specialist settings across the country. @NNSP21 will follow closely and respond on behalf of our members
A brilliant piece of work from our friends @attachmentrc to support ITT / ECF 👇

A huge thanks to all the specialist school HT's who responded to @NNSP21 survey on funding. Frightening statistics that threaten the viability of many specialist settings @SchoolsWeek #EnoughIsEnough
