XLayer 最近明显开始热起来了，我也去看了一圈链上的项目。大部分还是 猫猫狗狗，找了一圈之后我反而注意到了一个不太一样的：#LING @HASHLINGS_beast

This is important because the 0x0000...d49b address isn't some random deployer, it's Uniswap's official UERC20Factory. Uniswap's factory records the caller as the token creator and uses CREATE2 to deterministically deploy the token.
So the picture is:
Creator → Uniswap infrastructure → POOLS
with a separate wallet appearing in the funding/deployment trail.
That doesn't prove that all three addresses belong to one team.
But it does show that $POOLS wasn't simply deployed from a random contract in isolation.
The real question is:
WHO is behind `0xbe4e...cdd9e` and `0x6512...f828` and what other launches are connected to them?
If those wallets repeatedly connect to the same launch infrastructure, other launches, liquidity strategies or funding sources, the POOLS thesis becomes MUCH bigger. 👀

如果和高市值meme同样的交易量（如 $marscoin ）产生的收益要大于marscoin
税可以变成英伟达借贷收益，而不是死钱
这是相对普通股票池最硬的结构差。

Flap 文档里也专门有 Stocks Vault：税金库分红资产可以是 NVDAB 这类代币化股票，不是只能分 BNB。
普通股票池税收款地址经常是普通钱包：
• 能跑路
• 不能自动生息
• 不能组合借贷、回购、篮子分红
Flap 把收款地址做成 Vault：
• Split / Gift / Stocks / Lista 借贷金库都能接
• 规则写在合约里，前端能展示受益人、风险等级、是否官方金库
• 税到账后协议会 ping 金库，让它自动做账、再分配。
所以 FNVDAB 的「优点」不只是多收了一点税，而是 税有地方干活。
重点：持有人拿到的是双层 Beta，普通股票池通常只有一层
普通 MEME/NVDAB 池：
• meme 涨，你赚
• NVDA 涨，你的计价物也涨，但你持有的仍是 meme，不是股票本身
FNVDAB 如果税和分红走通，持有人同时暴露在：
1. meme 估值波动
2. NVDAB 价格波动（池子另一侧 + 金库库存）
3. NVDAB 借贷利率（金库利用率高时收益上升）

比正常股票分红多了多了一个利息，刚才已经收到了金库借贷出去产生利息，兑换分红的时候会比以前多一个利息的收入
