After weeks of trying and failing to express myself in notes, lyrics, writing, anything, I have come to the inescapable conclusion that the most accurate way to describe how I’ve been feeling the last couple weeks is that I feel like AI art. In the worst way possible.

Baby Reindeer hit me in a way I wasn’t very ready for, but I’m very grateful for. I never want to have to watch it again, but I’m glad I did. It’s good and important work.

I agree theatre should shock and be dangerous. I don’t think detailed trigger warnings should be unavoidable before shows and all audience members subject to them, but 100% accessible to those who want to find them. Is that so hard? What’s the issue? Am I missing something?

It’s been really, really hard to motivate myself to create stuff in what feels like a vacuum Especially in a discipline I feel huge imposter syndrome about and one that I’m trying to learn as I go - but it hasn’t stopped me & it won’t Appreciate any listens 🙏 x

I love football and I love theatre but it’s incredible how the two almost always fail to gel. I’m sure some people love this but I literally can’t make it through the full clip

One of the most sinister traits of the British political class is the cultish faith in the idea that politeness is a trumps-all virtue and any opinion voiced in a manner that is even remotely abrasive is illegitimate. It’s a luxury oft not afforded to those who need action most.
This. Also a message to all making demands on either side - if my constituents had shouted and raged at me the outcome might have been different. They didn't they sat and had cups of tea, and thoughtful chats. Heat and aggression is not the answer here.

Stepping out the station / stumbling home drunk at night and staring up at a neon sign and reading ‘GUINNESS IS GOOD FOR YOU’ in glowing light… I would never know a lonely thought. Never.

Something incredibly 2023 about Wakey Wines having stronger conviction than your favourite public figures
