This is the Waffle House Index as of 8:00AM (EST). We will reopen as soon as we are able and it is safe to do so 💛
How did we get this far in America and people still can’t flush a toilet?
Not returning the shopping cart is one thing. But come on… you literally just pull the handle.
Congratulations to the @Tesla_Semi team on engineering and, even harder, bringing to production an amazing machine!
I know people don’t like the boos in college sports, but players have to remember they’re professionals now, not amateurs. The fans are the stockholders.
Sometimes one look at a trail camera is enough to remind me: there is a Creator. Genesis tells us creation had a beginning. Scripture also tells us our sinful nature separates us from God.
But God loved us enough to send His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for us. Creation reveals His power.
The cross reveals His love. @Trail_Cams
25 years ago this morning, Flight 77 struck the Pentagon.
About 30 yards away, nearly 150 children were in the Pentagon’s Child Development Center.
Staff began evacuating them. Babies were placed in mobile cribs. Service members and others came alongside the childcare workers, pushing the cribs, comforting the children and helping move them away from the burning Pentagon to safety.
One father later described finding the cribs arranged in a ring, infants inside them, older children gathered within the circle, and security personnel standing watch around them.
Every child made it out safely.
That is the American spirit I want to remember.
Ordinary people, military and civilian, seeing children who needed help and immediately doing their duty.
No speeches. No cameras. No concern about rank or recognition.
Just the reflex to protect the smallest among us and get them home.
A republic survives when its people still know what to do when the sirens go off.
“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

So when I walked into an arena wearing makeup, I was still Nathan.
More colorful? Absolutely.
Louder? Probably.
But still me.
That’s what these words have come to mean to me:
No Secrets.
No Scandals.
No Mask.
Not that everyone needs to know everything about you. Privacy is healthy.
It means I don’t want to become a different person depending on who is watching.
I want the man at work, at home, at church, and with friends to be basically the same man.
Live today so that when your role changes, you don’t have to change who you are.
No Secrets. No Scandals. No Mask.
