Anthropicの当事者の社員のポストを拝見したけど、平日も四六時中数学のポストをしていて、数学の博士号持ちだった。会社から研究に専念して良いという対外広告用の研究員なのかもね。初めは論文を書いてアカデミアに戻るのがインセンティブなのかと想像したが、年収が2桁億円らしくてそれは無いなと。

大本営での発表では、素人が苦労せずに難問を解いたという体裁でのプレスリリースが徹底されている。その点でアカデミアから反感を買ってバチバチの状態。次の投資を募るには効果的だけど、せっかく論文を書いても研究員達は将来アカデミアに戻りにくくなるのでは？2桁億円貰っているから関係ない？
