For MAGAs who don’t understand the constitution.
1. A judge cannot overturn a law as written.
2. An executive order is not a law.
3. A president cannot create a law without Congress.
So a judge has every right to overturn an EO if it’s found to be unconstitutional.

Exactly right -- although the property taxes aren't the problem here. Land is too expensive to build affordably when lot sizes are 2 acres. Smaller lot sizes and/or clustering would help immensely.
