The solution against hardware wallet attacks is not a new hardware wallet Let me introduce: OFF WALLET Managed to - Generated a new BIP39 wallet - Received BTC on the Game boy - Sent them over to a different address - Signed the tx with the Game boy - No internet connection required - No connection with a PC was used - Signed tx was exported with the display itself No new hardware, most of you already have it at home, no supply chain compromised. Just cryptography and sepk256k1 on a 8 bit CPU. Making self custody great again.
> (4) DIY hardware is not a panacea. How soon until Amazon sellers are modifying Raspberry Pi's and other dev boards, hoping that someone uses it for Bitcoin or crypto storage? Generic hardware is an _enormous_ improvement over hardware wallets, because an attacker needs to backdoor _far_ more units to attack a niche use case. Maybe 1-in-100 laptops or Raspberry Pi's will ever store crypto currency on them. 95-in-100 Ledgers will.

Well, I did something I never thought I'd do. I wrote a book. Over 150 hours of writing, rewriting, and building a publishing company from scratch. The Lonely Path explores something men rarely talk about. Feeling alone even when life appears full. Published under the name Phillip Benjamin Gregory, using the middle names of my three sons. This is the most personal thing I've ever published. If you decide to read it, I'd genuinely love to know what you think. Good or bad, I want to hear it. Much love, thank you. 🙏 📖 The Lonely Path westwardhouse.ca/

Cardano governance can now govern the dApps built on Cardano. We just proved something believed to be impossible. A dApp can tie a smart-contract upgrade or parameter change to a Cardano L1 governance proposal. If that proposal passes and is enacted, the smart contract can verify the result on-chain and unlock exactly what was approved. The authority can come from Cardano itself not a project admin key, multisig, or trusted oracle. This opens a new path to decentralized dApp governance: → smart-contract upgrades → changing dApp parameters → treasury actions → emergency controls Cardano governance can now become the authority behind how dApps evolve. I first presented this design at UPLCfest in “Pushing the Limits of UPLC: Everything is Possible” a keynote about achieving things in Cardano’s execution layer that were considered impossible. It's really satisfying to see this finally validated.

Guys urgent help is needed. I just got drained on @DanoFinance due to a price error from their side. I created a Snek/ADA pool at above market pricing. Then noticed the pricing was off when the pool was created. I tried to remove the liquidity but a swap had already happened draining 130m Snek for 0.38 ADA This is the transaction hash: 91b0eec61d32907520c1b09469b9648f28a040b46f5fbd6901ff8f228c3c7f18 The minimum price was set above the market price. But it seems there was a bug that priced it differently and allowed the swap to happen. The wallet that made the swap is a @snek community member. Wallet address: stake1u9rj8vkt2ehqw6cahery8xj7reh7p8ka2g8nhwj75jhzkksx8jxef Please help by retweeting this so maybe he sees it. I would really appreciate and reward returning them back.

$FLDT will be migrating away from MEXC in the coming days. If you currently hold FLDT on MEXC, please withdraw your funds to a self-custody wallet as soon as possible. Recent changes to MEXC’s listing conditions no longer align with what we consider sustainable for FLDT. We will share the new exchange once everything is confirmed.

In september 2024 a developer on Cardano started to work on something that would allow a direct connection between 2 chains At that time nobody was working on Bitcoin DeFi for Cardano Months later that narrative grew like an avalanche, unstoppable. And today, July 2026 many projects are exploring the possibilities After many experiments, tests, conversation with Bitcoin people devs and users the result of all these years has a name: Bifrost. Proud to say that I was that developer, proud to work on Bifrost, a public good for Cardano. The future of it it's in the hands of the community.

Cardano will lose decentralisation if we keep spending without real discipline. SPOs are leaving because for many it is becoming non sustainable. My own stake pool is currently operating at a negative, and many others are in the same position or have already left. This is the part people need to realise. Decentralisation is not free. Security is not free. Infrastructure is not free. Every stake pool has real costs. Servers, monitoring, upgrades, time, risk and responsibility. When ADA falls in price, those costs do not disappear. It simply becomes harder for independent operators to justify staying online. The more ADA sinks in price, the more pressure lands on SPOs. The more SPOs leave, the more we reduce the resilience, security and decentralisation of Cardano. We can talk about growth, adoption and long term vision, but none of it matters if the base layer becomes weaker because the people securing it cannot afford to keep doing it. I do not want to be posting this, but if anybody wants a realistic view without marketing words, this is it. It is time for change. And it's extremely frustrating listening to this from an on the ground perspective.

I am still here, still building. It will soon be 9 years. I apologize to those I've been a dick to sometimes. I am just being French and doing my best. If you're also still around and building, let me know. It's good to know who we can rely on. There's still work to do.

Over the years, @Cardano has done the hard work of building the rails. Smart contracts. eUTxO. USDCx. LayerZero v2. Pyth. Dune. The foundation is strong. The infrastructure is closer to parity. Now comes the next step: competitive depth. Enter Cardano PRIME.

Leios for scalability. Peras for faster settlement confidence. Midgard and Hydra for layer 2 execution and high throughput use cases. Privacy on Cardano for selective disclosure, identity, compliance, and user protection without forcing unnecessary data exposure. Pyth for high performance oracle data, giving DeFi protocols access to reliable pricing infrastructure directly on Cardano. Midnight for private transactions How can you not be excited about all of these capabilities on Cardano?

I think things are going to escalate in Cardano soon. My advice is simple. Look closely at people’s true intentions. Look at who consistently turns up, who contributes without needing something in return, and who has shown they genuinely care about Cardano through both their history and their present actions. That matters now more than ever. It is a huge shame, because in my opinion our focus should be on adoption, usage, builders, businesses, and removing the barriers that are slowing Cardano down. That is where the long term value is created, not fuelling further drama because people believe they are always right. Even though this budget cycle is almost over, delegating to a DRep really still matters. You need somebody who represents your values, understands the trade offs, and is willing to protect the interests of ADA holders when pressure increases. I'm not saying that's me, but I urge people right now, with urgency to consider their current and future delegation. We must retain investor confidence and trust. I hope I am wrong, but let’s watch this play out. Control and power belong with ADA holders. Enough with governance discussions, we should be focusing on growing Cardano, because if we don't soon, then we have a problem.
