ALT Yesterday, Kate Efomi, ScreenSkills’ Training Manager for Scotland, attended the Early Entrant Pathways networking event in Glasgow. Now in its third year, the programme is fully funded by the ScreenSkills HETV Skills Fund and delivered by NFTS Scotland in partnership with BECTU Vision. It provides early-career professionals in Scotland with set-ready training across eight departments, including camera, production, and costume. The event brought together participants and industry professionals, offering valuable networking opportunities. Kate is pictured with key partners, including NFTS Scotland’s Jo Kerr, Judith Milne and Alison Goring and BECTU Vision’s Jena Hunter. We’re really pleased to mention that the Scotland HETV Working Group has commissioned Early Entrant Pathways 4, set to take place again early next year
