We had an unexpected message from our friend @vohvohh over at @avax yesterday letting us know that our BUILD GAMES experience wasn't quite over... She shared that while the team is reviewing applications and outcomes to ensure winners are deserving, they were excited about us as builders and wanted to extend a grant to D3fenders. We didn’t make the top tier - but the work we’ve been doing stood out. Over the past year, we’ve been building relentlessly: a multi-chain wallet, a 2FA Vault that stops wallet drains, privacy integrations, and real infrastructure designed to protect users when things go wrong. That consistency, and our focus on solving hard security problems, is why they chose to continue supporting us. We’re grateful to the Avalanche team for recognizing the effort and believing in what we’re building. Now we keep shipping. (oh yea, make sure you watch the video until the end... 👀)

Aside from liquidity, we believe the two most fundamental problems in blockchain are privacy and security. Over the past year, we’ve built a strong relationship with the SilentSwap team. We were introduced to them through @CryptoWendyO, and from day one it was clear they’re a stand-up group with a real mission. They care about protecting users and that aligns perfectly with what we’re building. SilentSwap brings privacy rails. D3fenders brings security controls. Fully public transactions come with real risks. Wallet activity can be tracked, balances exposed, and users targeted. Privacy matters. But security matters just as much. Here’s the reality most people don’t want to talk about: If someone gets your seed phrase, even from a hardware wallet like a Ledger, there is zero you can do to stop them from draining everything. That’s why we built the D3fenders 2FA Vault. It stops wallet drains even if your seed phrase is compromised. And if the worst happens, our Emergency Migration system allows you to move assets from your vault to a safe location… even with zero gas in the compromised wallet. This is what happens when privacy and security live inside the same wallet. This is just the beginning of what we’re building. The integration will go live first on @avax followed by @solana.

We’re now moving into the MVP stage and getting ready to ship our vault-protected wallet architecture. We’re trying something new. D3fenders Wallet v1.5 is now live (beta). For now, NFT holders on each chain will split the swap revenue generated on that chain - distributed based on holdership. Here's how it works: @avax Axo > Avax Rev Share. @solana Badgers/Axos/D3fenders > Sol Rev Share. etc (Sol is more complex... but you get the idea) We want to incentivize using our wallet over others. We Advanced in Avalanche BUILD GAMES 🔺 D3fenders has officially been selected to advance to the next phase of Avalanche BUILD GAMES. Huge thanks to the @avax team & @AvalancheFDN for their support & guidance. This begins a six-week sprint alongside top builders from around the world, & we’re excited to get to work. We’ve been building relentlessly over the past year. Being recognized and moved forward in this program means a lot. Avalanche has welcomed us with open arms, and this phase allows us to go deeper - refining product, validating markets, collaborating with other teams, and shipping meaningful infrastructure. The program begins February 20, 2026. We’re here to build serious security infrastructure on Avalanche - & this next round is fuel. Thank you for the support. Now we go harder. 🔺

We’ve submitted a proposal to the @bears_salmon community around how D3fenders can contribute long-term value to the $BANDS ecosystem. Voting is live & the link is found on their profile. At the core of D3fenders is a security-first wallet built on Avalanche that integrates our 2FA Vault system directly into the wallet itself. It’s designed to stop wallet drains & give users a real escape hatch when things go wrong. Even if a seed phrase is compromised. Even if there’s zero gas in the wallet. Users can emergency migrate NFTs & tokens to a safe destination without relying on luck. That wallet is just one part of a broader security stack we’ve been building. We’re actively finalizing: • A VPN, antivirus, & system repair tool • A decentralized security alert network • Snapshot & airdrop tooling • Several additional security-focused products already in development As Avalanche continues to scale and onboard more mainstream users, this type of infrastructure becomes essential. Our proposal to the $BANDS token & Bears and Salmon community is simple & aligned: 100% of D3fenders trading fees for users trading $BANDS will be used to buy & burn $BANDS token. Usage creates value. Security protects the ecosystem. Burns reward the community. To keep shipping responsibly, we’re raising a minimum of $10k to begin our next audit cycle. Comprehensive audits realistically cost $25k+, but through the @HyacinthAudits Audit Marketplace we’re aiming to complete baseline audits first & expand coverage as funding allows.
