Hi EDU Leader: Give teachers the 2020 equivalent of a textbook this year. Give them content, so that’s 1 less thing to worry about. It’s frees up time so they can create experiences, community, relationships. If they want to create their own, fine, but it shouldn’t be expected.

This is the time to unapologetically live each week like shark week. For reals. Throw some chum in the turbulent waters of today and see what happens! Quick hint: since everyone has become a Zoom/Meet pro, invite guest speakers ALL THE TIME. That’s easy chum.

Crowdsourcing is a marketing term. It should be an education thing, too. Leaders need to hear from teachers to make true school magic happen. Same goes for teachers and their students. Common goal. Stronger with numbers. Buy in.
