We must always remember and remind those Americans that the enemy that attacked and murdered 2977 regular Americans on our soil has not changed and will never change its ideology and theology that drive its mission, which, when able, has violently targeted all global free societies and peoples that reject its teachings and hold other theological perspectives opposed to its beliefs.

When I ran for office, he came to Evanston for a small house gathering and stood with other candidates and me on a cold Illinois morning to help secure America's future. In 2025, he was shot in the neck and killed simply for encouraging people to think about and defend their diverse opinions and positions—prayers for his spouse, Erika, and his beautiful children. We, the people, can allow this evil to kill our best and brightest, or stand up to it wherever it manifests.

On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs will question Dr. Anthony Fauci about his role during the COVID-19 pandemic and his prior testimony on it. On December 7, 2019, I was in South Korea conducting a regional assessment as the CEO of Near East Center for Strategic Engagement and realized that something critical was coming out of China. By January of 2020, I had already been interviewed on some of the findings by the media, and by February 24, 2020, I had submitted the initial draft article for the Daily Herald on the origins of COVID. Given the pushback at that time in the States, I asked the Daily Herald to release the op-ed back to me so I could submit it to Japan Forward, avoiding the continuous political debates that were causing delays in publishing my article in the States. On April 3, 2020, I published my article in Japan Forward. What Dr. Fauci failed to share with the country was what most assessments showed regarding the origins of COVID. The pressures laid on local media also suppressed my posting of these articles on various platforms that would have allowed a logical debate on the issues arising from COVID. Today, President Yoon Suk-yeol was sentenced to an additional 30 years in prison. The reason? Sending reconnaissance drones to North Korea.
During Yoon’s presidency, North Korea sent between 6,000 and 8,000 trash balloons into South Korea. About 3,000 of them landed on our territory, causing nationwide panic and chaos.
Even then, the Democratic Party blamed Yoon’s government instead of North Korea.
Earlier, during Yoon’s term in 2022, North Korea had also sent drones into South Korea.
Yet the Democrats did not condemn North Korea.
Instead, they accused Yoon of committing treason for sending reconnaissance drones to protect national security.
What is even more shocking is that the Lee Jae-myung government also sent reconnaissance drones to North Korea. But no one is calling that an insurrection or treason.
In his insurrection trial, President Yoon testified about these issues. He stated that the Democratic Party had joined hands with North Korea, Russia, and China in an attempt to overthrow South Korea.
He pointed out their strong opposition to the ROK-U.S.-Japan military alliance, and how they criticized and eventually impeached him for trying to send then-Defense Minister Shin Won-sik to Ukraine to monitor drone warfare.
