I spoke on the House floor to mark the 4th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s historic decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
Four years after Dobbs, the fight for life is not finished.
Congress must continue to defend the sanctity of every human life.

69% of Americans oppose/strongly oppose using tax dollars to support abortion in other countries. The Promoting Human Flourishing in Foreign Assistance Actwould codify the expanded Global Protect Life Rule to ensure that not a dime of taxpayer money bankrolls abortion overseas. We are grateful to @SenTedBuddNC for introducing this bill to protect life & prevent the promotion of a radical abortion agenda around the globe.

PROTECT OUR DAUGHTERS.
Today, I urged the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights to fully investigate reports coming out of Cabarrus County.
It's common sense! Girls should not be forced to share bathrooms or locker rooms with biological males.

Roy Cooper has spent years siding with the radical left over North Carolina girls. He allowed biological males in girls’ bathrooms. He allowed biological males in girls’ sports. He failed to protect our daughters every step of the way.
Enough is enough. Stand up for girls.
Three 9th grade students at Mount Pleasant High School in Cabarrus County, NC are speaking out on behalf of their friend.
Their friend encountered a biological male in the girls’ bathroom at Mount Pleasant. That experience, compounded by the lack of support she received from the adults in charge, has left her emotionally scarred.
Now, these students are asking lawmakers to do what their school officials will not: to protect their friend—and all girls—in female private spaces at school.

I will always stand ready to fight for girls rights.
Defending their safety, privacy, and dignity is not an option — it’s an obligation.
As a girl dad, it sickens me that any school district, any school principal, or any leader of young women would allow this to happen under their watch.

You never think it'll happen in your community until it does.
"Too Political" is code for too scared to protect our girls.
Boys belong nowhere near our girls' locker rooms and bathrooms.
We must codify Trump's EO to keep men out of women's sports.

Trista Ruck is a student at Cox Mill High School in Cabarrus County, NC. She and some of her friends have encountered a male in female bathrooms and locker rooms at their school.
Trista’s encounter left her feeling terrified, and now she is asking lawmakers to do what her local school board will not: to protect her and her friends in female private spaces at school.

On the eve of Supreme Court arguments on women’s sports, it’s worth noting exactly what the ACLU is asking the Court to do.
In this brief, the ACLU takes issue with Idaho’s legal definition of biological sex, which is based on “reproductive anatomy, genetic makeup, or normal endogenously produced testosterone levels.”
This definition is discriminatory, the ACLU says, essentially because it’s too effective at accurately distinguishing male from female. They instead want a new legal definition of “biological sex” tied largely to circulating testosterone levels.
There are two glaring problems with this.
First, circulating testosterone isn’t the only factor that contributes to males’ athletic advantage. As sports physiologists explain, males have larger hearts and lungs, denser bones, and stronger muscles. After 2+ years of testosterone suppression, Lia Thomas still went from went from 65th in the men’s 500-meter freestyle to 1st in the women’s. The science shows that even before puberty, boys run faster, jump farther, swim faster, and throw farther than same-aged girls.
Second: no drug in the world can change a man into a woman. Quite simply, the ACLU is asking the Supreme Court to make it impossible to define sex accurately, thereby forcing states to redefine “sex” in a way that is changeable. After all, anyone can take drugs to change their hormone levels.
And that’s the point. Redefining “sex” based on drug-induced hormone levels is really a way to make self-declared identity the new legal standard for who can be a “woman.”
This wouldn’t just be catastrophic for women’s sports. It could harm women and girls everywhere: from bathrooms to prisons to domestic abuse shelters.
We can’t let this happen. @ADFLegal is standing firm with ID AG @Raul_Labrador and @WestVirginiaAG JB McCuskey to defend biological reality in American law.
