@SouthwestAir I've been flying @SouthwestAir since the beginning&have A-List Preferred status. I am SO disappointed in what Elliott Investment has done to this brand.Bag fees, assigned seats, skyrocketing prices, I can fly to EUROPE for less. Losing loyal customers. #Southwest

Please please reconsider supporting in full support cdc.gov/nvsn/php/current-sit… this is the only active surveillance platform in the US that can tell what viruses are making kids sick - including @elonmusk kids like X. It been around for 25 years
I promise this is not a waste of money, we do not want to fire people. We are all pediatricians that are dedicated to saving the lives of children. Please find it in your heart to fund this in full.

This is a great paper that shows the value of the surveillance system because we were actively enrolling prior to COVID-19. We were able to demonstrate changes in patterns of viruses. This does not rely on clinician testing.

Proud of the diverse speakers - scoring of oral presentations were blinded - majority of oral abstract winners were women! Also - the Chair of @rsv2022 Dr. Ultan Power was deliberate to make sure keynote speakers had gender and geographic balance.
