Thoughts plz 🙏🏻 Estate was developed in JV between Hyde Vale and Rydon Packington called Packington Sq LLP (still active). As per gov notes below does this mean Hyde (f’holder) is ‘associated’ to Rydon (dev) and mean NO costs can be passed on? @nearlylegal @LiamSpender @ukcag
