I've been very disconnected since EWC, so I just wanted to finally announce something that I've been working hard on for a while. After MW2 Champs, I was approached by Idaho State University (In my hometown) and hired to coach and build an Esports program from the ground up. So for the past year, I've been in charge of selecting equipment for the facility (around $150,000), conducting interviews/selecting teams, league signups, etc. I have a great team with my broadcast coordinator Daniel (@stormraige23) and student intern Emory (@Ejrl513) and it's been a great experience so far. I've been at the facility around 40 hours a week post-EWC, since our season started right at the end of August. We are competing in the @NACEsports Varsity league (will be adding more soon), where all other teams are different schools that also have to play out of their school's facility, so we aren't just playing pros that are remote. For this first Fall 2024 semester, we have a total of 20 players across our 3 teams (150+ more applicants), and getting to work with all of my players in person is incredible. We are competing in Rocket League, Valorant, and Overwatch 2, and there are plans for expansion by Spring. I've been avidly learning all 3 games at once, and I've been loving the process. There is a definite learning curve, but I'm super grateful to have this job at home. I've been grinding with my head down for 8 years in Challengers total as a player and coach. I committed to this path a long time ago, and finally have a real career in Esports 🥂 I appreciate any support on our social medias; I really want to make this thing grow. I appreciate everyone that I've gotten to work with along the way, and to those that have given me their effort to push me further. Cheers to the future 🥂@IdahoStEsports

Excited to announce I will be opening individual coaching sessions with Challengers players or ranked grinders to teach the deeper fundamentals of COD, mechanics, and team culture to prep for MW4 🥂 Book here, RT's appreciated 🙏 mfy.gg/@charlesmystvc/

My only goal is to help elevate players to the next level and unlock their potential, just looking for one opportunity to show what I can do 🏆

Never take good health for granted man. Last week, I'm on a blissful vacation with my girlfriend and family up in the mountains, next thing I know, Kendall is incredibly sick and unable to hold down any food. I've had to take her to the ER 4 times in the last 6 days due to severe dehydration, come to find out she caught E. Coli & Norovirus at the same time somehow. I hate seeing my best friend in this much pain

This year was a tough one to say the least. A year filled with “almosts”, where you get so close in the important moments and in the end it just doesn’t go your way.. Combined with the acceptance that those results will always be my responsibility. I’m very grateful to all the players I got to work with. I worked with much more experienced players than in the past, and I learned a lot about myself along the way while adapting and making mistakes. It’s important that players push their coaches too, and I always appreciate feedback and pressure from them to do more. Special shoutout to @PaulEhx_, @MG2ReaL, & @Robstro_ these guys are absolute goats and are hilarious to work with on a day to day basis. Wish we could’ve done better but the truth is our failures don’t define us if we learn from them. Onto the next 🥂

Idk what I ate but I can safely say this is the first time I’ve ever gotten true food poisoning. I’ve been getting spawn trapped in bed for approx 10 hours now. My stomach
