I would think "14 years smoke free" would clue the dumbass algorithm in that I don't need cigar tweets.

Tanqueray London Dry vs Bombay Sapphire was a toss up. 10 can do neat, rocks, cocktails and mixed drinks.
Of course most things can do mixed drinks but often good neat liquors can't shine through the mixer, and then there's price.
IMO (not medical) my friend's life was saved because he gave in and got a colonoscopy around 10 years late.
