If you mix up the full version of Tim, Tom, and Jim, you can get Tames, Thimas, Tomothy, Jhimas, and Jimothy. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a Tom version of James. If you add Jom, you can also get Jhomas and Jomothy. Again, no Jom version of James.

The losers of Kansas governor elections from 1994 to 2010 have the first names (in order) Jim, Tom, Tim, Jim, Tom. There was nobody named Tim in the 2014 election. Also, nobody named Jom has lost a governor election in Kansas. Also, the Toms were named Tom Sawyer and Tom Holland.

In Wyoming, Democrats know Democrats can't win, so they register as Republicans to vote in Republican primaries for moderate Republicans. I feel like the reverse of that explains why there are conservative Democrats in Democratic districts. The Gnimoyw effect (reverse Wyoming).

Mitch McConnell was born in 1942, he was elected to the Senate at age 42, and he served in the Senate for 42 years until retiring.

Josh Turek is not from Animeload and the Turekzone. It's "Animeload and the Turokzone", not "Turekzone".

Rhode Island and Oregon are probably going to have at least 10% of the people in those states voting for a Republican candidate for governor and a Democratic candidate for Senate.

Five Bob Caseys have been on Pennsylvania ballots, including a retired teacher who was a failed lieutenant governor candidate, a failed congressional candidate, and a senator who lost re-election. [Continued in reply]

Four Dan Sullivans have been on ballots, including a retired teacher, a failed lieutenant governor candidate, a failed congressional candidate [in Massachusetts, not in Alaska], and a senator... This means that Dan Sullivan will lose re-election this year.

If you Caesar cipher "Sununu" with a shift of 6, you get "Yatata". "Yatata yatata" means "chatter" or "idle talk". I learned this from the book Alphabet Avenue that said this about John Sununu's father (also named John Sununu).

Both of the candidates for New Hampshire senate have last names containing 1 of one letter, 2 of another letter, and 3 of another letter.

Republicans voted for Trump in 2024 to destroy the Democratic party. They ended up destroying the Republican party instead and now Texas, Alaska, and Ohiowa will vote for Democrats this year.

Dianne Feinstein and Ben Chandler both ran for governor of a state, lost, then won the special election to replace the winner of the governor election for the seat they had to resign to become governor.

All of the primaries were backwards. The polls right before the election predicted El-Sayed and Hong would win in a landslide and Flanagan would either narrowly win or narrowly lose. Instead, El-Sayed narrowly won, Hong narrowly lost, and Flanagan won in a landslide.

Can we redo the Kentucky's 4th district primary now?

Debbie Stabenow, Mike Rogers, and Elissa Slotkin all held the same US representative seat in Michigan. William Lawrence is now running for it.

Haley Stevens and Mallory McMorrow already endorsed Abdul El-Sayed. Why can't Jasmine Crockett endorse James Talarico?

Abdul El-Sayed won the primary. I was supporting Mallory McMorrow for most of the primary but switched to supporting El-Sayed once McMorrow dropped out last month. Now we need Francesca Hong to win in Wisconsin and Peggy Flanagan to win in Minnesota next week.
