Hahahaha @emmzy_xyz with the alpha 🧱
Stepping into the 4D Stadium was a whole different experience. Emmzy and Alex finally made it through the gates, and there was a lot more waiting for them than they expected. Inside, we got to meet the League representative, who introduced us to the world of the League. But that wasn’t all. We also crossed paths with a few interesting personalities. Some seemed welcoming, others were harder to read, and one thing was clear: everyone had a role to play. As we explored the stadium, Emmzy’s mysterious symbol started reacting to something around us. Even the people in the League seemed surprised by what was happening. Now I’m beginning to wonder if this was ever just about joining a competition. What exactly is the League hiding? @bricktopians π„ππˆπ’πŽπƒπ„ πŸ‘: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 π€π–π€πŠπ„ππˆππ† π’πˆπ†ππ€π‹ Watch the episode and step into the stadium with us. You might notice something we haven’t figured out yet.

It's incredible to see the amount of people who just started using AI, the funny part? Most of them take whatever the agents say religiously... Use AI to read faster. Don't use it to tell you what happens next. In an FCA survey in the UK adults aged 18 to 40, 38% said it's fine to make an investment decision based only on what AI tells them. If you really want to make it, make the decision yourself. Or at least, learn from it...

The easy habit is to only speak up when a child gets it wrong. The reality is that you should give feedback when they get it right, too. Say what was right. Say why it worked. Then raise the bar. It's the same with adults. Coaches need to hear what went right as well.

I run an education business (@LearnChess_Acad), and funny enough, I borrow one habit from how I learn trading. Small bets first, bigger bets later. 🧡Let me explain:

5/ My whole point here isn't to avoid risk. It's to learn cheaply, and only scale what survives contact with reality.

6/ This is about process, not financial advice. Directors get paid to make decisions. Part of the job is making sure being wrong is survivable.

This is super cool
lol I made an AI video where Alex walks me through the story behind Bricktopians 😭 from how it started back in 2021 to the 10,000 unique characters, the launch, and how the community has grown since then. I even had to add my own experience because tbh, I’ve learned a lot from this community too. Shoutout @AlexIsBuilding , @MxGarnero , @Crypto__Larisa and @josephweb3 everyone who’s been part of the journey. this was actually fun to put together. what do you think? πŸ‘€

To explain how bad is Man U these days you just need to look at this picture. If Maguire is your best performing player in the pitch you are doing something terrible terrible wrong πŸ˜‚

As a Coaching Director of @LearnChess_Acad , one of the first calls on a new junior club is how to group the children. A rating tells you where a child started, but it doesn't tell you how they think. So we tent not to lock groups in on day one. Coaches watch first, then recommend moves. Placements stay provisional. The first few weeks are for watching. The groups can wait.

Every week my timeline has another "AI finds profitable trading strategies 24/7" post. Tbh, most of that is just clickbait. Pure noise to pull views. If it were as simple as they make it sound, everyone would hand trading over to AI agents and walk away. (That will happen eventually, just simply we're not there) What's easy is building a nice dashboard that shows exponential gains. What's hard is deciding when the strategy has stopped working. Same as running a business... Automating the work is easy. Automating the judgement isn't.

I'm director of a small education business @LearnChess_Acad , and a lot of the slow work now goes through AI agents. Not to replace people. To stop things quietly slipping. Here's what they do, and the rules they work under. 🧡Let me explain:

6/ 4. No spending, sending or publishing without approval. That one isn't up for debate. Same with customer data. We're under EU rules, so connecting something like Google Drive (with parent and pupil data on it) is out of the question. Full stop.

7/ The agents handle a lot of the work that used to sit on one person's desk. The judgement stays with me.
