Mutual aid is a fascinating, dynamic part of the social sector ecosystem. Deserves to be paid more attention to, learned from, part of everything we talk about when we talk about "giving".

We need people with cars to help distribute supplies! Please come down to 3534 SE Main St and get life saving hydration to our most vulnerable neighbors.
Did you know: in addition to nearly 1,000 mutual aid networks listed on mutualaidhub.org, there are now hundreds of community fridges, pantries, and other localized free food resources.
Are we missing one you know of? Let us know!
So wonderful to reconnect with mutual aid organizers on our first best practice convening in months.
Keep an eye on upcoming convenings here: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F…
A bunch of new mutual aid groups + community fridges have been added to mutualaidhub.org.
But we know there are even more not yet featured -- let us know and we'll get them added. 💙💙💙💙

My parents are now fully vaccinated and that’s because of mutual aid groups like the folks at @GroundGameLA doing the much needed outreach to communities of color.
I am so grateful, what a relief 🥺
