I was given, by several survivors, a copy of the compensation agreement that survivors were obliged to sign. This include a "tariff" of money they would receive, from £5,000 from one incident of "indecent touching" to £65,000 for years of multiple rape by Bennell. 7/n

3 years ago today, a friend of mine connected me with a content creator named @nasdaily. I hadn’t heard of him before. But our mutual friend thought we’d get along. We met for dinner and talked for hours - about every topic under the sun. We had the best conversation - I felt like I had met him before. At the end of the night, he said “let’s take a picture to remember this moment.” I thought it was a bit odd. To me, he was a new acquaintance friend. We said goodbye and I thought, “What an interesting guy. Too bad he lives in Dubai and I’ll never see him again.” Well, I did see him again. He kept showing up in New York every few weeks with a totally free schedule (which was strange for such a busy guy). Eventually I realized…maybe he doesn’t want to be acquaintance friends. 3 years later, he’s my partner. And I’m so glad he made us take that first picture.

I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.

Forget Chelsea vs Arsenal This weekend it is all about JP Morgan vs. Goldman Saks. 🤦‍♂️
