All illegals that have already been deported and returned to the U.S. and do not have criminal history will NOT be arrested. Let me give you a real-life ICE/Border Patrol scenario that happens every day: I pull over a van, and the driver is my target but there are 8 other people in the van. I determine that all 8 people are illegal aliens with prior deportations and with final orders of removals BUT I can't determine what, if any, criminal history they have, then I DO NOT ARREST THEM, INSTEAD, I RELEASE THEM BACK INTO AMERICA! There is no voting our way out of this! The government has become tyrannical and has become the enemy of the people. The demographic time bomb is exploding, and both parties built and detonated the bomb. The destruction of the United States of America is intentional, strategic and has been orchestrated.
