I encourage everyone to visit, it is well worth checking out.
Some incredible artifacts are on display from Colossus (Bletchley Park), BBC computers from the 80s, early games consoles and a Sinclair C5!
We are very lucky to have this museum on our doorstep #Swindon

Last week @LittleBiscuitUK & I visited the Museum of Computing in Swindon (@MuseumComputing)
So amazing to not only see these old PCs & Macs but also play on them! My favorite is the iMac G3!

It was nice to see visitors and kids playing "Lemonade stand" on the Apple II Europlus I repaired youtu.be/l-cLiZzBxhw
"Lemonade stand" was one of the games I used to play on my family's Apple //e when I was a kid!
Last Saturday the new Apple II exhibit was a hit, parents competing with their children to see who could run the most profitable Lemonade stand.

Swindon's @MuseumComputing is a little gem I took my boys to over the weekend. Fascinating, absorbing and fun to look back on C64, ZX Spectrum and Ataris, also visually a great way to see how much computer processing power has grown exponentially, in such a short period. #STEM

We would love an Acorn Plus 3 expansion (like in the photo below) to add to our collection and current Electron display. If anyone has a spare they do not use, please consider donating it to us. Thank you!

We set this Sinclair PC200 up @MuseumComputing today. Does anyone have one and can recommended some games that run well on it? I would also like to fit a compact flash card but I can't find anyone selling a low profile XT card that will fit. Anyone know where I can buy one?

SWAG Workbench 2022 was a great success, despite me being invited back as master of ceremonies again! Lots of fascinating talks and systems on show, and very generous people donating prizes and buying tickets for the raffle which raised £754 for SWAG and @MuseumComputing!

I got this today; it’s a Japanese “Tiger” mechanical calculator and case, made in the first half of 1944. It needs a little attention, but is in generally good condition. How it got here is anybody’s guess. The tales it could tell!
