MY FITNESS JOURNEY. As a boy growing up, I started with football. But in 2012, I was forced to stop playing. As time went on, my cousin started weightlifting in 2017. He would tease me and even punch me just because he had started lifting weights. That was actually how I got into weightlifting. I started lifting in December 2018, but because of my family background, I had to work and take care of myself. I wasn’t able to train consistently, but I made sure to train whenever I had the time. I was struggling with life alongside training. Sometimes, after training, I didn’t even have food to eat. And we all know how difficult it is to build muscle when you’re not eating enough or getting proper nutrition. Even after school, things didn’t immediately change. At one point, I was training only about 10 days a month. I could still build some muscle with that, but my nutrition wasn’t good enough because I was still living with my parents. It wasn’t until 2025, when I moved out of my parents’ house, that things started changing. I began training at least 15 days a month, and that’s when I started noticing a significant change in my physique. Looking back, I realize I didn’t have the perfect conditions. I just kept going with whatever I had. The journey wasn’t easy, but I never completely stopped.

The ones that can run 100meter should come and lift 150kg .
Most can lift heavy as 150KG but can’t run 100 metre race.

Another morning, another opportunity to pray, work, grow, and trust God. The fact that we’re still here means there’s still purpose ahead. Happy Sunday.
Sunday reminder: As long as God is still waking us up, our winning days are still loading. Amen.

Become a man who can face a breakup, lose a job, deal with debt, and still say: Prayer and a plan. That's the whole strategy. God is with me. I'll figure it out.

One of them was taken personally and turned into motivation to build muscle. * Nutrition * Rest and recovery * Training

Rare gymbro tip: go swimming 🏊‍♂️ Low-impact movement + increased blood flow without beating up your joints. Sometimes the best recovery session isn’t another workout. It’s the pool.

Your mind needs rest too. Constant noise can make you forget what you actually think, want, and value in your life.

Sunday training isn’t a habit. It’s an identity.
Sunday gym attendance should be a personality trait.

Add 1 rep or 5lbs every session, even if it's ugly. Progressive overload doesn't need to look pretty to count.
