“The City of Edmonton won’t pick up our garbage on 105 Street and 98 Avenue. People in our condo building had to use their personal trucks to haul and dump the garbage last week because collection trucks are no longer dealing with it. One week, the garbage trucks could not make it down the steep alley. Now, even when they can access it, they drive away without picking anything up.
