Alright I am back to Twitter after this terrible football season we’ve had. This is one of my major complaints — The new stadium renovation is $360 MILLION dollars worth of work. We’ve won TEN bowl games in the HISTORY of the school. With 26 appearances. We’ve never seen a playoff. We’ve never been SEC champions. The construction: Let’s take out thousands of seats for more suites to be built. THEN let’s not give priority to those families who have obtained those seats for DECADES. Let’s give priority to whoever has donated the most money. No loyalty rewards. Just checkbook googly eyes. Ok fine. The school wants to renovate the stadium. FOR WHAT? Facilities and social media teams don’t win games. The SC fan base would show up and sell out Williams Brice even it looked like a small town high school field, if we were producing. They’d probably still show up even if we weren’t. I am TIRED of the school pouring money and time into the wrong things. WE ARE NOT GOOD! We would deserve this after a MULTITUDE of great seasons, playoff appearance, national championship, something of the sorts. Again, facilites and social media teams don’t win games. Enough said.
