After a smooth 9-month transition, I’ve officially stepped down from the Web2 startup I co-founded as CTO 16 years ago. Now, really excited to hop onto the next chapter 🚀 Looking to build, advise, or join an ambitious Web3 project. DMs are open - let’s talk!

"about as strong an argument as a wet European paper straw." 😅😅😅 America 1 - 0 Europe And I'm European...
This categorisation doesn’t make sense and is pretty much self-serving. First of all, arguing that a vault where a curator has discretion over how capital is allocated across markets, and can even expand into new markets beyond the user’s initial mandate, which, btw, is a known Morpho drawback (very non-LP friendly), should be considered non-custodial simply because it has a timelock is about as strong an argument as a wet European paper straw. Especially the part of implicit approvals that simply changes the whole allocation mandate and users don’t even have the proper tools to monitor these changes. Also the part on relying roles, doesn't really solve much, simply creates a blame game and relocates potentially liability but doesn't solve the actual problem. Vaults that could reasonably be considered non-custodial are those without a manager. For example, vaults that simply wrap deposits into a lending protocol, or the original Yearn vaults. These are make sense to be categorized as non-custodial vaults. There’s nothing inherently wrong with discretionary vaults, as long as the regulatory path is figured out. I’m all for developing industry standards, but let’s at least do it in a way that serves the broader industry rather than your own interests. 😂

This made me laugh 😂 Vibe coders digging their own grave... Looks like understanding what you're doing is not overrated anymore.
Scammers found a way to make people drain their own wallets without sending them a phishing link. They uploaded YouTube tutorials showing people how to build an AI crypto trading bot with Claude. People followed the tutorial themselves. Copied the code. Deployed the smart contract themselves. Funded it from their own wallets. And approved every transaction themselves. Except the “trading bot” had no trading logic. It was built to send their ETH straight to the scammers. 224 wallets lost 274.6 ETH, worth about $517,000 when it was stolen. The median victim lost 1 ETH. Some victims even got an error after getting drained telling them to deposit another 50% to fix the bot. They literally got people to build, fund and approve their own wallet drainer. You've got to be very careful this days

Currently, ETH mainnet gas fees are way lower than Robinhood chain gas fees 🤯 I just saw 5$ for removing liquidity on @uponrh, crazy times.

Tokenized stocks (RWA) are what can bring more people on chain. All products that will bring more liquidity and improve access to those RWA on chain are going to perform well imo. STORMM has many interesting features in that sense, I will definitely test them out.

How much APY would you pay for borrowing USD from RWA (stocks) tokens collateral? Current borrow rate on Sharewoods for $SPY S&P 500 is 0.40% 👀 (will move with volume ofc)

Looks like a winning launchpad to me. However I'm still not convinced that a token launchpad is the product that will bring more people on chain, more like the opposite... Anyway better have a safe one than a rugger honey pot.
Wanted to take a moment to review all the features of the new Safe Launch tool by StonkBrokers for token launches, going live today. So the question is, how would you trade these coins? The level of customization will lead to interesting strategy, and I am eager to see the experiment go live. NFA. Please do not risk more than you can afford to lose, and have fun. This is about monetizing safety and using those funds to push distribution and deepen liquidity. Four sections below.

Create your own $STONKBROKER referral link with this link: stonkbrokers.io/safe-launch?… You'll get 1% of the antisnipe fees spent by your referrals. Launchpad is going live tomorrow.
Distribution. Distribution. Distribution! Tomorrow the StonkBrokers Safe Launch anti sniper customizable token launch feature goes live. This is not the entire Stonk Launcher, but rather a core feature that will exist as an option within the launchpad, allowing teams to customize their launch while utilizing the StonkBrokers anti snipe time decay model. 1% of all anti snipe fees have been reserved for a special referral program. Anyone, not just StonkBrokers, can now create their own Clock In Card and receive a share of the anti sniper fees generated by anyone who trades using their Clock In Card link. Everyone can clock in.

To my @Morse_404 and @MitosisOrg old friends, this looks a lot like our rerolling "game" isn't it? DN404/ERC404 tech was early :) Now, let's see if we can build a $STONKBROKER reroller 😉
ERC-6551 accounts (the wallets which StonkBrokers NFTs hold and control) allows us to turn DeFi into an immersive, gamified trading experience that can include twists, yield, and long term value accrual, so we can keep making the ecosystem more interesting. That being said… These NFTs can also hold NFTs in their wallets, so 1,658 NFTs were just airdropped directly into the token bound wallets of unactivated, unowned brokers in the Anvil AMM: → 173 carry a Yardkeeper → 19 carry a Chain Mancer → 1,466 brokers now hold a sealed Card Wall NFT (one of tomorrow's special project deployments) @TheCardWall Do you want to play a game?

Ok looks like the fees prevent this, and anyway you can already choose directly from the vault 😅

Very interesting read. Now that settlements can be made in stablecoins, the next natural step would be that merchants accept stablecoins directly. I guess this will take some more time for existing traditional businesses.

Now I have two new apps to test, and might replace my old but still very good @Rabby_io wallet. @ether_fi or @RobinhoodCrypto wallet? So many options these days.
The next generation of the ether.fi crypto neobank is live. Earn, trade, borrow, spend. One app to replace your traditional bank. What’s new: → Tokenized stocks and metals trading → An integrated @Aave market on @Optimism, borrowing against your full portfolio at ~4% → New on and off-ramps support over 30 new currencies → New payment methods: Cash App, Apple Pay, LemonPay, and more → Programmatic ETHFI buybacks from every product and revenue line

Yet thousands of coins are launched every day and there are still some people to buy it. I wonder if people buying memes are the same people who buy lottery tickets every week and think it increases their chances of winning.
1/ The first rule of Memecoin Club: you are the exit liquidity. The second rule of Memecoin Club: YOU ARE THE EXIT LIQUIDITY. We decoded 1.9M trades on the new @Uniswap memecoin launchpad on @RobinhoodCrypto chain to write the other six rules 🧵

What can you do with $AAPL, $GOOGL, $NVDA, $TSLA and other RWA tokenized assets on Robinhood chain besides trading?
