Bitmine's ETH per share only goes up when BMNR trades above NAV. above NAV, every share they sell buys more ETH than it dilutes. that premium is made of one thing: attention.
$TOMMY is the attention.
every holder is long the meme, the meme is $BMNR, so every holder shills $BMNR for free. the memecoin market cap is the scoreboard. the premium is the prize. $ETH per share is the receipt.
ETHEREUM IS THE BEST MACRO TRADE
$TOMMY DAO is the premium.

a memecoin that buys @BitMNR shares. 1% of every trade goes to the DAO treasury. the treasury buys $BMNR. the shares vote how $TOMMY holders say. that's the whole product.

Ethereum's explosive move towards $10000 might happen by end of 2026, here's how options are driving $ETH $BMNR next big moves:
> Someone buys a big $ETH call (or call spread).
> The seller doesn't want to be naked short. So they hedge by buying ETH — spot, perps, or futures. How much depends on the option's delta: at $2,400 a $5,000 call has a small delta, so they buy a little. As ETH rises toward $5,000, delta climbs and they have to buy more. Their buying pushes the price up, which makes them buy more. That's a gamma squeeze — the price move creates its own demand.
> $ETH rising makes $BMNR rise faster. @BitMNR holds $ETH, so its stock is a levered ETH proxy. When ETH runs, traders pile into BMNR calls the same way. Market makers who sold those calls hedge by buying BMNR shares. Same loop, second asset.
> If BitMine can sell $1 of new stock and it buys $1.50 of "ETH value" in market cap, every share it issues is accretive. So it sells stock at the premium and buys more ETH with the proceeds — adding real spot demand on top of the options hedging.
> BitMine's buying pushes ETH higher, which pushes $BMNR higher and gives $BMNP more capacity to raise money for $ETH, which widens the premium, which lets them issue more. That's the flywheel. Options on both assets are the accelerant because they force other people to buy at the worst possible time — into strength.
This cycle could be sharper than 2021. onchain options venues like Derive, a deep @DeribitOfficial book, listed $ETHA options, listed $BMNR options, and a treasury company with an explicit mandate to keep buying. Every one of those is a source of forced hedging demand that didn't exist at scale in the last cycle. $ETH is a crowded short leg. Shorts covering into a gamma squeeze is another buyer who didn't choose to buy.

This $ETH trade on @DeriveXYZ really got the people going so I'll explain my thought process.
I'm not really interested in betting on an $ETH move to $3000, especially with tokens like $HYPE and $LIT pushing all time highs. $ETH trading like 1.1x $BTC beta isn't bad, but it's also not extremely interesting to me as a bet to make here in the near term considering there's plenty of beta outperforming $BTC here. Holding spot $ETH feels capital inefficient and as a perp would be expensive and path dependent.
I'm betting on a meaningful ATH break within 6 months, and I think there are a few meaningful tailwinds that are unique to $ETH, and more importantly, unique to the level at which people are underestimating them:
1. Inclusion with $BTC as a "reserve" asset in anything resembling a strategic reserve. I think the strategic reserve overall might be an underpriced edge case, and $ETH being included, even nominally, more so. There's actually a good reason for the US to want to have some stake in the largest decentralized settlement layer.
2. Tokenized equities are cool and all, but tokenized bonds might actually be the massive TAM unlock that overwhelmingly favors $ETH over $SOL. The current rates environment globally makes this an extremely interesting edge case with tons of potential positive headline shock.
3. Trump and family have been extremely outspoken $ETH bulls. Their bullposting didn't work in a bear market, let's see what happens if they throw fuel on the fire in a more bullish environment.
4. Everyone hates $ETH. Extremely popular short leg for pair trades vs apps. With two rejections from 5k and years of underperformance, the level of hated rally and sidelined, jaded, despondent chasing from 🏳️🌈🐻 will be biblical.
I also see $ETH as being on the precipice of a phase change between being some not for profit, public good, growth mode asset (think early stage 2010-2014 Uber in SF just cornering market share at no profit) to being able to more confidently monetize on it's high Lindy, credibly neutral status as the on chain, global settlement layer.
Robinhood chain using $ETH over $SOL was quite a bit more signal than people give it credit for too, though $ETH is still making peanuts relative to what $ARB and $HOOD are making from sequencer fees.
If the massively positive trends in tokenization and institutional adoption don't take $ETH to new ATHs within 6 months, it's kinda cursed as an asset, and I'd rather just keep holding the application layer tokens with massive cash flows.
In fact, I thought this trade was so nice, I did it twice. Risking ~$780,000 for a max PNL of $40m now.

a ton of chinese KOLs actually missed niulai and marscoin, because these coins where mainly doing the volumes on fomo and pump apps, and the chinese kols were trading on gmgn and missed them
you look at the "pons of bsc" flap dot sh, @eth_cedric actually trades on fomo!
this time it's super interesting that some of the biggest chinese coins are actually led by western kols
the chinese kols will have to chase after we go higher
for the first time in history bsc in indistinguishable from coins from any other chain, you have bonkguy screaming about bsc szn, you have heyi following bonkguy, and you have western degens actually being first to some of these coins, you are early

A structural idea that completes the story you told in the July 8-K that Robinhood Chain proves ethereum:native is money.
Today @BitMNR onchain presence is still small.
The proposal: tokenize $BMNR actual cap table — Galaxy-style, through an SEC-registered transfer agent on Robinhood chain. Native registered shares, not wrapper claims.
What it unlocks:
1. $BMNR becomes the first ethereum:native treasury company whose equity settles on the asset it holds. The reflexive loop closes — treasury on Ethereum, shares on Ethereum, mNAV computable onchain block by block.
2. Shares become DeFi collateral.
3. 24/7/365 price discovery.
4. Narrative dominance. "Bitmine holds 5% of ethereum:native AND $BMNR stock runs on it" is a one-line story no competitor can copy quickly — and it makes BMNR the default equity rail for everything being built on tokenized stocks right now.
The memecoin-LP mania around tokenized HIMS/MSTR this month shows the demand for onchain equity exposure is real and starving for float. $BMNR should own that demand with registered shares, not let an offshore wrapper collect it.
