The CJP, Dimagi Naxals and Abhijeet Dipke are blaming PM Modi for not providing conditional bail to their two Cockroaches, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka.
The reality is that Ratna Singh, head of the legal affairs of the CJP has employed such dunderhead ignoramus lawyers who could not even furnish the basic requirements of a solid surety bond.
HERE IS THE REAL REASON the Court rejected the bail of Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka.
1. The court found a mismatch between the photograph on surety Teerath's bond and his Aadhaar card. He failed to provide another valid ID or a satisfactory explanation.
2. Surety provided by Mannu Raj Anand could not even provide basic details about Saurav Das, including his father's name and address.
3. The court found that the proposed sureties had no real control or influence over the accused to ensure their appearance in court.
4. Without reliable sureties, the court could not be satisfied that the accused would comply with bail conditions and appear when required.
The solution is simple....Saurav Das should disclose his permanent address and his father's name, and arrange for family members who can take responsibility for his appearance to stand as sureties.
The Law understands evidence and proof, it is devoid of sympathy &moral outrage.

Uploading the full 40 minute Sharjeel speech, since many might not have seen it.
Please watch and understand the mindset.
Him and his ilk are Pakistanis living in India.
Many young muslims from JNU/AMU/JMI espouse the same ideology.
Watch.

1/5 Sharjeel Imam has given an interview detailing his Islamist manifesto. Surprisingly, no storm has been kicked up over pronouncements that are so unapologetically anti-liberal, anti-secular, anti-democracy, anti-Constitution—in a word, anti-national.
2/5 He openly calls the Constitution fascist, labels secularism a trap, and denounces democracy as a contrivance to deny Muslims their political rights.
3/5 The piece is a litany of indictments against the liberal class. Imam rejects any difference between liberals and Hindutvadis. In his essentialist worldview, all Hindus are the same, unanimous in denying Muslims political power they claim as a divine right.
4/5 Inadvertently, Sharjeel has recognised something that liberals have been fighting shy of acknowledging: that Hindutva’s idea of India is anchored in the same “overarching nationalist framework”— that Muslims are Indians above all else.
5/5 For more, read this Opinion article by Ibn Khaldun Bharati, who looks at Islam from an Indian perspective:
Sharjeel Imam’s Islamist manifesto will be forgotten. The silence of liberals will not

To understand Prashant Bhushan's distress, read this in full...
Shanti Bhushan and his son Prashant Bhushan acquired 4.66 hectares of tea garden land to set up an educational institution. But since the land was not used for the stated purpose, the government later took it back.
It is claimed that this land is worth more than ₹35 crore today....
Also look at the land allotments made during Mayawati's government.
According to a December 2011 report in The Indian Express, in 2009, during Mayawati's tenure, Shanti Bhushan and his son Jayant Bhushan were allotted two plots of 10,000 square metres each in Noida to build farmhouses.
Critics raised questions about this allotment. The allegation was that rules were violated and such a large amount of land was given at concessional rates. Citing a CAG audit, a loss of roughly ₹145.8 crore to the public exchequer was also reported.
It was stated that about ₹3 crore was paid for these plots. Today their value is claimed to be ₹1,300 to ₹1,400 crore, though independent confirmation of this current valuation is necessary.
Another question raised in this case was that Jayant Bhushan was, at that time, appearing as a lawyer against the Mayawati government in a much-discussed park case. This sparked debate over a possible conflict of interest.
**The stamp duty case in Allahabad**
In 2011, Shanti Bhushan was accused of underpaying stamp duty by about ₹1.35 crore on the purchase of a property in Allahabad's Civil Lines area.
The Assistant Stamp Commissioner had ordered him to pay the outstanding duty and a penalty. Shanti Bhushan challenged this order, calling it legally wrong and politically motivated.
And these are the people who raise questions about democracy and corruption day and night.
Shanti Bhushan and Prashant Bhushan have been associated with the anti-corruption movement India Against Corruption. Prashant Bhushan is counted among the prominent lawyers who speak out for democracy, transparency and against corruption.
But when land allotment and stamp duty controversies connected to his family came to light, they fall silent.
Shouldn't those who demand honesty and accountability from others also be judged by the same standards themselves?
In a democracy, no one can be considered above questioning. Allegations should be investigated impartially, and where wrongdoing is proven, action should be taken according to the law.
The pain is that old matters have been dug up!
