#ICYMI I sat down with KATU's Steve Dunn on Your Voice Your Vote to discuss my vision for public safety in Multnomah County. Link: youtube.com/watch?v=PmP1MAY3…

I donated blood today as part of the American Red Cross Battle of Badges blood drive. The event is at Fire Station One in downtown Portland, and it's open to the public today and Wednesday. Your contribution could be the one that makes the difference when someone’s life is on the line! @RedCrossCasc

Thanks to all the @trimet drivers, operators, mechanics and support staff that keep our community rolling and connected! We all appreciate the difference you make in our lives. We're proud to work alongside you every day. #transitdriverappreciationday

The Special Olympics Oregon Polar Plunge was an absolute blast! 🏅💙 Our MCSO team ran the 5K and then braved the cold water, all to support incredible athletes in the state. The energy was palpable, the costumes were fun, and the impact was so worth the chill! @SOORstate

The Special Olympics Oregon Polar Plunge event kicked off today at Willamette Park! The Polar Plunge supports more than 5,000 Special Olympics athletes in Oregon. Our Dive Team and River Patrol Unit are in the water throughout the event. Some of our members are also participating. Look for MCSO Polar Patrol! See you there! @SOORstate

We are excited about these updates, and we believe the new designs will help us serve the community more effectively. This is more than just a fresh look—it’s about ensuring our vehicles are easily recognizable, accessible, and safe for everyone. mcso.us/news-information/mul…

I want to thank the Board of County Commissioners for approving the @MultcoSO budget modification to fully fund and expand our Human Resources Unit to address MCSO’s persistent staffing challenges. These funds will support critical work for the remainder of the 2025 fiscal year.

I want the community to know that the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office is committed to ensuring a safe and secure election process. As with past elections, we’re working closely with the @multco Elections Office and our law enforcement leaders so voters feel welcome and safe and have easy access to all ballot drop sites.

Really enjoyed connecting with these young professionals and future leaders at the Rotary Club of Portland’s Under 40 Program. We discussed my career in public safety and lessons I’ve learned along the way. Thank you for having me as a speaker!
