Hello trader's My Experience with FundingPips — 2 Years, $60,000+ in Payouts I have been working with FundingPips for the past 2 years and have received over $60,000 in payouts. However, the recent reports and complaints about accounts being closed over allegedly fake documents are extremely disappointing. I invested my time, effort, and discipline into trading with this firm. After working so hard to achieve consistent results, facing such issues when it comes to payouts is genuinely frustrating. I have a few important questions: 1. Why not complete verification properly from the beginning? If there are concerns about a trader’s documents, why aren’t they thoroughly checked during the initial KYC process or before the account is funded? 2. Why do these issues arise when traders become profitable? When a trader works hard, follows the rules, and finally earns a payout, raising document-related concerns at that stage damages trust. 3. Where is the transparency? If a trader’s documents are genuinely questionable, they should receive a clear explanation, supporting evidence, and a fair opportunity to respond before their account is permanently closed. 4. The rules should apply equally to everyone. Whether a trader earns a small payout or a large one, every trader deserves the same fair treatment. Profitability should never be a reason to treat someone unfairly. 5. Traders’ time and effort deserve respect. Trading requires patience, discipline, emotional control, and countless hours of hard work. Prop firms should recognize this responsibility and handle verification issues fairly and professionally. After 2 years with FundingPips and more than $60,000 in payouts, I am now considering moving forward with another prop firm. My intention is not to damage any company’s reputation, but to raise a legitimate concern about fairness and transparency in the prop firm industry. Verification should be completed before funding, not become a major issue only when a trader earns a payout. If there is a genuine compliance concern, investigate it fairly, communicate clearly, and give the trader a proper opportunity to resolve it. A successful prop firm is not built merely by selling challenges. It is built on trust, transparency, consistent rules, and fair treatment of its traders.
