I will be officially resigning from my job in the Nigeria police force @PoliceNG by January 2027, to face business.
VDM claimed to have bought over 18,000 blocks to rebuild the school funded by Burna; Now isn't that reckless spending when quality blocks could've been moulded and money saved? It's common knowledge that moulding your own building blocks are preferably better and also cheaper than buying if you are doing a big project, which should've been the case since the project wasn't being hurried.
Now that aside, the school despite being in a better aesthetic shape is still very much far from standard. The Library, and Science Lab are proof enough, even without being equipped. Can the likes of Burna himself allow his loved one to school there? Is that how schools are built in China and other countries that are considered developed? There are way better schools in Nigeria if the focus is on standard.
And again, why spend heavily on murals that are not related to academics at all whilst leaving the science lab unequipped, and the library practically empty. If anything, the entire money should be channeled to things that benefits the students, while a simple plague should've been made to acknowledge Burna, and credit him (VDM) for his contribution of the project. That N250m donated by Burna was not fully utilized.
