When mindfreak signs with a new team, it would mark the end of a chapter that defined his career.
For nearly six years, Paper Rex has been his only home since February 2020. It will also mark the first time in that span that he won’t be playing alongside longtime teammates d4v41 and alecks.

I couldnt have honestly asked for a better year. from kickoff, to santiago, london, and shanghai were moments ill remember forever
Everyone at Paper Rex was so friendly, took in the yapping american, and made me feel like i never left home. People ill be friends with for the rest of my life.
We had two majors in our grasp, and despite them both ending in 2nd places, im glad i could assist the team in the final year in the initial VCT era.
Everyone recommended i make the jump to Head Coach and I cant wait to see the guys on stage again, regardless of where we all end up. Please continue to support us all, and thank you to all the fans this year for your support
Until next time 🫡
Today we say thank you to @WendlerTV
Ashton joined Paper Rex as Assistant Coach for the 2026 season, lending his insights and giving his all to the team. We’ll always remember all the jokes, the hours put in behind the scenes, and memories made traveling all over the world this year.
Head Coach, Alexandre “alecks” Sallé, had one last message for Wendler:
“Hey Ash, take care, thanks for the help this year. It’s unlucky we couldnt get one of the two finals, but it is what it is, I'm sure we'll be competing against each other soon!”
See you in the server 🫡 #WGAMING

Khalish has been part of Paper Rex since our founding in 2020, starting first on our CS:GO Roster and transitioning with the team to VALORANT. We'll always remember the laughs, the op shots, and every achievement through the years.
From everyone at Paper Rex, we wish @d4v41vlr the best for his future endeavours. Setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan terima kasih.
We’ll always cheer the team’s big brother (abang) on, see you out there unc 👊🏻 #WGAMING
