The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has issued a warning about the potential dangers of the popular catchphrase 'no gree for anybody', widely used by the youths. The slogan, which has gone viral on social media and become a humorous motto for 2024, essentially means not tolerating nonsense or bullying from anyone. During a press briefing, the force spokesperson, Muyiwa Adejobi, expressed concerns based on intelligence reports. He indicated that the phrase, while seemingly innocuous, is viewed by security officials as dangerous and could potentially lead to significant crises across the country. – at Abuja, Nigeria

If Umar (RadhiAllaahu anh) would be moving from Madina-Yemen-Palestine- Cairo-Iraq-Syria and other places on a horse just to insure that people’s lives, dignities and properties are safe, then our Leaders have no excuse sitting down and watching us die everyday. @MBuhari

I am afraid of the revenge of the poor, It happened in Russia, France and recently in Sudan. It can happen in Nigeria. Housing segregation put us the elite in jeopardy. Ikoyi, Banana, Maitama, Asokoro etc. Our leaders + me beware of violent revolution. Perilous times loading. SDM

5) Even during self-defence, Islam urges Muslims to do good. The Prophet says: "Go out in the name of Allah & by the help of Allah, following my way. Do not kill any old man, infant, child or woman… spread goodness & do good, for Allaah loves those who do good.(Abu Dawood, 2614)

Don’t let bitterness and resentment take root in your heart. They’re poison which will harm your soul eventually. Let go of the hurt or hate that comes with it. Turn to the Almighty and let Him heal you. Feel whole again with a much lighter heart!

Think well of others and see what it does to your heart. Each time you hear something bad about someone, don’t spread it, give him the benefit of the doubt. Put yourself in his position. Protect yourself from worrisome thoughts that disturb your mind. Keep the peace!
