Listen to BIPOCs. Notice racism all around. Talk about it. Share learning. Act. Repeat.
Black Americans say it’s not enough to just be “not racist.” True allies are “antiracist.” Here’s the difference. cbsn.ws/2ZbMyxv

Great idea for a morning check-in with your students! Using a form like this would give you real-time information about your students, allowing you to prioritize other check-ins/follow-up!

Another teacher shared this and I made a copy but it’s a daily check in - how are you, how did you sleep, how was breakfast, how is your mood and is there anything you want to share. I posted it and got 30 responses within minutes.

After only one day, South Portland Food Service comes through for our community by providing more than 250 meals! Our community donated school supplies for more than 250 “Genius Bags”, and our staff distributed countless devices! Let’s get the learning rolling! #sopostrong
Despite the closure, staff are working to make sure our students have what they need to learn at home and stay connected!
