Teachers have a lot of really good ideas. School leaders should never underestimate this.
It starts with conversations.
Wouldn’t it be so amazing if virtual students could depend on others in their community? If @fcpsnews could structure the schedule to allow teenagers to assist with elementary virtual education it would help take the burden off of parents. 1/2

Hey Everybody! Wearing a mask is not a political statement. It means you care about other people’s health and safety. Be KIND, wear a mask!

My 22 year old grandson went to a party with about 30 people last week. No mask and no social distancing. He and 9 others have COVID-19. Tell the young people that think they are immune to this virus that it is real. – at Alamo, CA

I have roughly 47 attempts at a video that I was going to send out to my students & I just can’t seem to find the right words to say. I’ll try again tomorrow. For now, know that I’m here if you need to talk. I’m thinking about each of you - especially my seniors.❣️
This past week has been something else. Strange. Confusing. Exciting. Hectic. Empty. BUT for all of my students who applauded me when I told you I bought a house - I did it! I moved in! I miss you.💛 I’m posting a check-in video tomorrow on Classroom. Can’t wait to hear from you!
