Nick I know about all of this from experience because I am a reformed addict. The store owners are extremely brazen because they are not afraid of getting caught because it is only a slap on the wrist! If politicians really wanted to stop it they would make it mandatory to seize their stores and be forced to pay back the money! That would put a stop to it in a heartbeat! Also many foreigners get multiple EBT cards because NYS doesn’t require a SSN for migrants. I’ve seen somalians with 5-10 cards per person and they aren’t even citizens!!!
