Yesterday, we had our Fall Advisory Group meeting, yesterday. We shared our annual student outcome goals and received great feedback from the parents, students, teachers, administrators and community members in attendance. It was a full house! #scchat #WeareSAUSD

After a year of coaching our first ASCA National Model Cohort, 6 of our @SantaAnaUSD schools have fully aligned their comprehensive school counseling program with the @ASCAtweets National Model & applied for RAMP. These programs are data-driven & student-centered! Congrats Team!
Yesterday my counseling team @CarrAstros held our Fall Advisory Meeting. According to @ASCAtweets, the purpose of the council is to provide feedback on program goals, review program results, make recommendations about the counseling program, & serves as advocates for the program.
So incredibly proud of my @SantaAnaUSD familia on their presentations at the @MyCASC conference. SAUSD is currently leading the way in reducing Counselor ratios to 250:1 in California. This is the recommendation from our national association @ASCAtweets.
My counseling team and I are over the moon excited to be at @MyCASC conference this year. We have been connecting with other School Counselors across California and gathering resources to take back and use to support our students. @CarrAstros @SAUSDCCR

After months of planning, our first @SantaAnaUSD College, Career, and Community Resource Fair was a success! It was magical seeing over 4000 students and families having a great time, while also learning about different colleges and careers. #SAUSDGraduateProfile @SAUSDCCR
