TEACHERS ARE QUITTING IN DROVES.
WILL ANYONE HEAR US?
Never cared about followers or getting the message out there until now.
Please. Someone see this. Send it to someone with a bigger account who might be heard.

When I announced I was running for Governor of Virginia, people said they weren’t ready for a Black woman Governor. They told me to wait my turn. But I disagree. I think Virginia is ready. I think America is ready. If you’re ready too, please retweet this far and wide.

As a principal, I’m supposed to be an “instructional leader.” But I told our teachers this week, that I don’t know how to do that in the middle of a pandemic.
Right now is not the best time to talk about programs, plans, data points, and “best practices.” It is time to support.
