This is a sample of my super scholars practicing using AVID marking the text strategies! We used “ Notice and Wonder” by “noticing” the main ideas and details with the text, then “wondering” what the heading/title could be for the article! ⭐️@MsHollinsNTES @NTES_BCPS @KrisCoston

These 5th graders were working so hard at reading multiple sources about the Thirteen Colonies. They then synthesized all the information that they learned about in order to create an AVID one pager on their specific Colonial Region! Which Colonial region would you join???? 🌎
