Shared this video with my kiddos on our zoom this morning and there were nonstop smiles! I am so proud of my Y4A family! youtu.be/L8dKm2DLl48
Today was S for Scavenger Hunts! Learners had to read kids TIMES articles to search for clues and solve the last puzzle! 🔍
Podcasts are our new favorite thing! Learners get to choose one of their interest to listen to and take notes and then try and persuade others why they should listen! 🎙️🎧
We got into groups of four and numbered off to discuss and justify why each example was a fraction and what it represented. Everyone shared their thinking and we had a great discussion!
We decided what to define a fraction as and are sorting pictures into categories based on our criteria
We identified text structures of two texts and then thought about what would they look like with a different structure?
We explored text and thought about what structure it could be using evidence and then presented our findings and came to a conclusion as a class! Look at all that thinking! #CREcoyotes
As we learn about animal parts, we explored why it’s really nice to have opposable thumbs as humans 😂
When kids from your very first class ever invite you to their teacher appreciation night, you go! Can’t believe my fourth grade babies are high schoolers now!! 🥲🥰
We are creating our own @NatGeo pages using information we research to craft captions 🌪️🌪️🌪️
Thank you @PtoCre for our blue house grant! During these cold and wet days, it is so nice for our littles to get to play imaginatively! ❤️
