The first session of the Campus Leadership Program for Cohort 26 at @HoldsworthCentr was by far the best professional development because it was personal development! And because of these ladies! "We got together now!"
My favorite part of our EOY celebration is when each grade level or department shares their victories from the year! So many great things are happening at @HillcrestPds by so many great people!! 🥰

Without connection and trust, there's just compliance. With connection and trust, you have full commitment!! As leaders, we must never forget how our actions influence others!
So proud of Ms. Martinez for being named @WacoISD District Teacher of the Year! 🎉
"A huge part of what you're doing as a teacher isn't imparting information. Books do that more effectively. What you're doing as a teacher often is setting the motivational frame and dramatizing the process of being engaged with the learning. " -Jordan Petterson

SHOWING EMPATHY! 🫶 Hillcrest PDS Elem Magnet School selected a special group of students to recognize for their empathy. Teachers observed how these students treated and spoke to others with kindness, were quick to help others 🤝, and showed empathy toward their peers. 🩵 School isn’t just about teaching academics—it’s also about helping students develop strong character qualities that will help them become outstanding individuals! 🌟 #WISDomWorksWonders

The "Dance Party"
Waco ISD Administration couldn't help but bust a move—the halls were way too quiet without you! 💃✨ The leadership team is back, the vibes are high, and we’re literally dancing into the spring semester. We are so thrilled to have our students back where they belong! Let’s keep this energy all term long. 🎶🙌#WISDomWorksWonders
